QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Human Resources Business Partner will play a vital role in implementing and running Group strategies, policies and procedures.

HRBP will be responsible for managing HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, talent management, organizational development and learning & development, payroll, compensation & benefits of LTC and Isbir Commercial located in Ankara.


Responsibilities:

• With the Country HR Manager, all processes related to the company's Human Resources in line with the company policies and strategies (Recruitment, selection and placement, employment planning, job analysis, salary management, performance management, career planning and backup, rewarding, training and development, e-learning, employee satisfaction, industrial relations, etc.) management and development.

• Managing the training system and ensuring the implementation of continuous training and development programs, In the framework of organizational development needs and priorities of the company.

• Act as a consultant to all department executives regarding HR functions

• Following up the new employees' orientation program.

• Responsible for proper administration of personnel changes and personnel data (new hires, resignations, terminations, etc) in HR relevant systems (local ERP, systems, e-talent, esd backoffice)

• Facilitate the execution of HR systems & processes and increase the awareness within the company

• Provide a positive working environment for the creation and on all levels establishing a customer-centric communication with employees.

• Conducting studies to ensure employee loyalty, and strengthening communication within the organization.

• Realization of performance management systems.

• Supporting company-wide projects.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations & Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or closely related field

(Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in HRBP/Generalist type roles in the manufacturing industry, preferably from multinational company

• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws in Turkey

• Good understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

• Ability to multi-task and manage different HR processes

• A strong team player with strong analytical and communication skills

• A Self-starter and a results-oriented mindset

• Fluency in English and Turkish

• No travel restrictions
