İş Holding, which is the Turkish master franchisor of KFC, Pizza Hut, Krispy Kreme brands as well as Peyman, the signature brand of dried fruits, is operating in food, QSR, construction, logistics, paper, textile, energy, media, foreign trade, IT, industry and agriculture companies.

We are currently seeking for a “Budget and Reporting Specialist” for our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree preferably from Business Administration, Economics or Statistics,
• 2-3 years experience in Budgeting and Financial Reporting,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, (especially on Excel),
• Strong communication and problem solving skills,
• Preferably knowledge of Logo software,
• Basic knowledge of IFRS accounting and reporting standarts
• Good team player, analytical and critical thinking,
• Fluency in spoken and written English,
• Having problem solving, analytical thinking, questioning and research abilities/approaches,
• Completed military service for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support preparing, controlling and revising monthly and yearly budget reports,
• Support preparing monthly and yearly financial statements, budget and actual comparision reports and analysis,
• Support monthly and yearly rolling forecast reports,
• Support Ad-hoc reporting and board presentations,
• Take part in variant analysis for financial statements and explain for budget vs. actual,
• Contributing to the annual company budgeting process; make comparisons, take actions if necessary,
• Analysis of monthly results and budget-actual comparison, performing analysis on the income statement,
• Creating reports on expense management, sharing results and following up with the relevant departments,
• Support preparation of budget and medium/long term plans,
• Developing reporting processes
• Making presentations and reports to senior management.
