IRB Sigorta which has been offering services under Kibar Holding for the past 25 years, was renamed as IRB Sigorta ve Reasürans Brokerliği A.Ş. in 2015 to offer services in the areas of insurance and risk management.

We are looking for a “Corporate Insurance Manager”, to be employed in IRB HQ, at Zorlu Center(Beşiktaş / İstanbul) Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications and skills: 

Qualifications 

• University degree from a reputable university, 

• 5 to 10 years of experience in large account management in insurance sector, preferably at insurance broker companies 

• At least Intermediate level of English, 

• Strong analytical thinking ability,  

• Ability to work effectively as a part of the team, 

• Must be able to meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment, 

• Detail oriented, 

• Strong communication skills

Job Description 

• To execute client management, client retention, renewal, and offering new product alternatives to clients 

• In line with the account management strategy and annual plan, track day to - day account activities and works with team members to ensure client expectations are met to the high standards 

• Good understanding of clients’ needs in terms of service levels and managing client relations 

• Day to day correspondence with Placement & Operations and Accounting & Finance departments for coordination and follow up of clients’ issues 

• Assist to prepare periodic reports for clients and management 

• Represent company and the team in various occasions such as client visits, meetings, events, organizations, etc.
