We are looking for self-motivated, fast-learner Planning & Pricing Assistant Specialist to join our team in our journey to provide innovative financial services to millions of individuals and thousands of entities. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable, top-tier university in Engineering, Statistics, Economics or relevant field, MBA or a relevant master’s degree is a plus 
• Experience in financial technologies, payment systems, technology, banking/finance sectors is a plus 
• Preferably start-up, business development, management consulting or investment banking origin 
• Proficiency with analytical, reporting and presentation tools such as; Excel and PowerPoint 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English 
• Ability to think creatively with an out of the box approach 
• Strong communication skills to persuade both internal and external stakeholders on strategic issues 
• Ability to manage time effectively and foster a multidisciplinary approach 
• Very strong analytical skills 
• Result-oriented, problem solver with provided resources and proactive thinker with decision making ability 

Responsibilities: 

CEO Office Function

• Carrying out the CEO office function and supporting the management in the management of companies and determination of their overall strategy 
• Monitoring the action items at the executive board level 
• Carrying out reporting activities at the Board of Directors and the Executive Board level o Generating new ideas that could benefit companies at strategic and commercial level 
• Analyze demand & competition to identify new revenue streams and new segments to enhance company portfolio 
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses where necessary 

Sales Planning & Analytics 

• Carrying out sales planning activities 
• Implementation of CRM and BI projects for digitalization of the company 
• Supporting sales and business development activities 
• Carrying out data related projects 

Pricing 

• Determination and implementation of pricing strategy 
• Develop and maintain pricing tools and models 
• Establish firm relationships with banks, monitor market and competition closely, spot pricing opportunities, and provide professional input and advice to top management on pricing strategy 
• Work with sales departments to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction 
• Troubleshoot pricing errors and inefficiencies, and provide detailed analysis of pricing issues 
• Forecast margins to help the business understand the impact of promotional and seasonal pricing 
• Monitor changes in cost base and conduct sensitivity analysis to adjust pricing strategy 
• Train and give insights to sales people and key stakeholders to increase their pricing knowledge 
• Lead pricing-related projects including establishing timelines, defining deliverables and processes
