QUALIFICATION & PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

• Qualified Accountant (CPA) /CPA (SMMM) of Turkey,
• Fluency in English and Turkish both written and speaking,
• 8-10 years of relevant experience,
• Knowledge of IFRS/ Local Accounting standarts,
• Strong personal drive, an ability to make things happen,
• Problem solving,
• Good collaborator across boundaries and high performing team player,
• Good knowledge about statutory and Tax matters of Turkey,
• Experience of working in ERP environment preferablyin Logo-tiger

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Meet the deadlines of monthly and quarterly closing with high quality reports,
• Liasie with Cluster  and Global teams on queries relating to Group reporting,
• Ensure compliance with internal group and local statutory reporting standards, and compliance with internal control rules,
• Analysis of Trial balance and key Balance sheet schedules and drive actions,
• Be a Local Process driver for  Accounting Process and achieve high performance indicators of finance process,
• Provide proposals on continuous process improvement for finance process,
• Drive simplification and standardization in day to day work ,
• Coordinate external auditors for year-end Group and Statutory audit,
• Responsible for statutory reporting and Goverment filings
• Adherence with Turkey special accounting rules,e.g. eledgers,elnvoicing, Customs rules etc.
