E-commerce Manager

• A Bachelor’s degree in related field 
  
• Minimum 5 years of eCommerce channel experience; minimum 3 years of experience within the e-commerce management
• Demonstrated deep understanding of online/digital channels to include online pricing and promotions, digital marketing, and eCommerce fulfillment
• Proven experience managing a team
• Brand experience preferred
• Good planning, organizational skills and team oriented personality
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
• Ability to work with extensive business reporting and KPI analysis

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in Project Management for e-commerce site development plan
• Ensures the online marketing, conversion & product (e-category) management
• Follows and supports  the web & social media marketing actions based on the Annual Marketing Plan 
• Ensures the web logistic procedures implementation (deliveries, courier, returns, stock, etc) 
• Introduces web-based analytical tools that gather information on website performance and customer behavior to drive in commercial actions
• Selects the appropriate tools and assesses the resulting performance metrics to provide reports and recommendations to the Management
• Participates in the budget preparation in his area of responsibility
• Monitor, control and improve all operating costs and KPIs’ related to the area of responsibility
