Logistics Supervisor

• 5 years goods-flow/supply chain management experience in a high volume or multi-unit retail organization
• Experienced in team management
• University Degree ideally in Logistics, (a Post Graduate degree will be considered as an asset)
• Excellent command of the English language and knowledge of MS Office
• Highly developed understanding of retail operations
• Good planning, organizational skills and team oriented personality
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
• Ability to work with extensive business reporting and KPI analysis
• Active driver 

İŞ TANIMI

The position reports to General Manager. The suitable candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing the flow of goods in to the warehouse
   
• Managing  all costs related to logistics , according to approved budget.
   
• Cooperating with suppliers for the optimization of the supply chain. 
   
• Management of all matters related to the logistics in accordance with local legislation.
   
• Supervising the Logistics team and be responsible for the department’s effective operation
   
• Organising and managing the store replenishment process.
