QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • BSc. or MSc. in Computer Science or Mathematics
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Good command of English
  • GNU/Linux administration knowledge
  • Experience with monitoring softwares (Nagios, Zabbix, etc.)
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
  • Sound understanding of OOP principles
  • Understand the bussiness needs of customer and transform the technical needs of the client into solution
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Motivation for the new challenges and new opportunities
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Java development experience and knowledge is a preferred
  • Handling and improving production systems with 7/24 support


İŞ TANIMI

Product's Customer Success team is in direct contact with customer / business units and is responsible for determining requirements, implementing requirements, communicating technical requirements to the development team, conducting UAT (user acceptance) tests and carrying out the transition and support process. . Providing operational support to some customers with a 24/7 support agreement is among the job descriptions. This support process takes 1 week of seizures according to the number of teams. 80% of the consultant's time is in customer relationship and 20% in core java development.
