QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Work with Insider Partnerships & Channel Sales Department to continually improve partnership practice, grow our portfolio of partners and clients, create go-to-market plans, drive expansion opportunities, and manage and grow our sales channels, Understand partner and customer needs and requirements, Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest, Manage your pipeline and generate leads for Insider global offices and for the Insider Partner Network, Managing customer relations with regular visits and establish further marketing activities, Support Partnership Manager and Channel Sales Director for partner onboarding process and update he/she about partnership processes of global offices, Develop success plans to ensure agency-wide adoption and expansion of Insider to the partners end clients, Collaborate with internal teams to grow channels for Insider: Sales, Marketing, Product, Partner Success and Mobile Team, Negotiate partnership terms and present Insider Partner Program, Become an expert on the Insider platform, optimization best practices, complementary marketing technologies, product roadmap and company vision, Set weekly/monthly meetings with internal parties get updates, satisfy needs, manage and encourage them for deployment of Insider Partner Program and Channel Sales operations.


Skills and Requrements


  • 2+ years of experience in a customer oriented position; in sales, trade marketing or channel development and account management responsibilities, 
  • Demonstrated success managing executive relationships with business partners (agencies and end customers), 
  • Previous experience working with digital agencies and consultancies is a plus. 
  • B2B sales experience is a plus, 
  • A good exposure to the e-commerce society will be an advantage, 
  • High-level of business acumen, 
  • Fluent in SaaS business model, 
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively, 
  • Scheduled, well organized and detailed worker with good concentration, 
  • Ability to set clear targets and develop plans and objectives to achieve those targets, 
  • Must be motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently and under pressure, 
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills, 
  • Passionate about research and anaysis (best practices, competitors, industries) 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, 
  • Exceptional presentation skills, 
  • Ability to succeed working cross-functionally with direct sales, marketing, and partner success team, 
  • Ability to influence internal teams based on partner insights, 
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment, 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is required, 
  • We are looking for a friend not a co-worker only. 
  • Being team player, easy going and talkative are essential.
