QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Hence we asked our Events Team to tell us about their day-to-day activities and in a nutshell, this is what they told us –
- Developing event marketing strategy and organizing all industry (conferences, expos etc.) and thought leadership (Insider) events across 18 countries
- Increasing Insider’s brand awareness and visibility
- Guiding and enabling regional event coordinators across 18 regions to execute world-class events
- Coordinating with multiple teams across the organization to ensure 100% deliver ability
- Creating an ROI proof strategy for Events investments across 18 countries; reporting the status of leads on CRM
- Building partnerships with agencies and tech providers to organize co-hosted events across 18 countries
- Creating differentiating experience design for exhibitions
- Developing structured promotion strategy for all industry and thought leadership events across 18 countries
What we expect from you?

You’ll be working with some of the best minds and most passionate people around. Your job functions would largely be about –
- Designing and organizing Insider events, regional and global industry events across 18 regions
- Creating and managing Insider’s yearly event calendar and budget for all regions
- Manage both pre-event and post-event action items
- Negotiate with the event organizers for long-term cooperation
- Build strong communication with vendors, employees and superiors associated with event planning and execution
- For international summits and events, managing the plan, the team and the team roles in a planned and a detail-oriented manner
- Coordinate with internal and external business partners in event planning and executing
- Conduct market research to find best practices, resources and opportunities to organize events
- For Insider’s thought leadership events, coordinate all the processes regarding venue, print, promotion materials; speakers; handling contracts and payments and most crucially team management
- Work in tandem with marketing team members in event planning and execution
- Execution of live and on-demand webinars
İŞ TANIMI
Skills and Requirement
- BS/BA required; marketing or business degree is preferred, certification in Event Planning is a plus;
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong creative problem-solving skills
- Extraordinary attention to detail
- Excellent event planning, organizational and execution skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed
