Inomera Research is an innovative R&D and Software company operating in Bogazici University Teknopark. We have developed various projects in Telecom, mobile applications and services, SAP Hybris Commerce, mobile commerce and Cloud Computing.

We are marketing our products accross Europe & Middle East through online channels, via partnerships and directly.

We are looking for a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to lead, develop and manage our local and international sales & business development teams & activities.

Skill Requirements:

• We look for skilled sales people with minimum 9 to 15 years of field sales experience on technology products & services
• Excellent command of English in speaking, writing and listening
• University education in management, engineering or in a related major is required
• Business development and sales management skills and experience on telecom, ecommerce or mobile software products and services
• Having prior experience in selling software, telecom, IT or Cloud services is a big advantage
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Team building and management skills & experience
• Ability to travel abroad
• Military service should be completed or deferred for at least 2 years for male candidates

Job Description:

• Will be responsible for achieving sales targets for Inomera product portfolio
• Motivate, develop and manage sales team
• Management of all sales activities for SME's and Enterprises
• Developing new markets and customers
• Building partnerships, eco-systems and sales channels in local & international markets
• Coordinating online sales and marketing efforts
• Improving brand awareness and building communities around the product portfolio
