QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

INO MACHINERY is acting as a leader player in "Aluminium Profile & Aluminium Panel Processing Machinery" market. We are looking for a team member to join us as a “Technical Support Engineer” for our plant in Samanli/Bursa. 

Perfect knowledge in written and spoken English language. (İngilizcesi çok iyi olmayan aday başvuruları dikkate alınmayacaktır) 

Bursa resident. (Bursa dışında ikamet eden adaylar dikkate alınmayacaktır.)

English knowledge is a priority. WE ARE LOOKING FOR NATIVE SPEAKERS THAT HAS NO PROBLEMS IN BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN ENGLISH.

A good team member. 

Graduate from any Engineering Faculty that is focusing on electricity, automation, software and electronics. 

We are looking for any candidate graduate from Electrics&Electronics, Mechatronics, Control&Automation, Telecommunication or Software Engineering. 

We are not looking for a Mechanical Engineer that has no electrics knowledge. 

Knowledge in electrics such as reading electrical diagrams and understanding them.

Capability in interpretation of electronic systems such as CNC controllers, servo motors and inverters.

Software programming knowledge is a plus but not a must.

AUTOCAD Knowledge is a MUST. 

CAD-CAM programming ability is a BIG PLUS. 

No need for experience, we are looking for the right candidate with intermediate knowledge in engineering and high passion for learning new technologies.

A good driver. 

No barriers for traveling abroad. 

Loves traveling and discovering new places. 

Perfect ability in interpersonal relations.

The one will be hired as a technical support engineer and an electrician to make the electrical boards and install the electronics on the machine. The one will start up the CNC machines with using both electronic and software tools and will also make the final "Quality Control "on the machine. Then he will go to the customer and install the machine, train the customer, then receive the initial service calls direct and help them out on the phone or internet. 

ALL THESE WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE. 

After a period of learning the technologies, the one will be travelling to 40 countries all over the world for the installation of our machines; comissioning them on site and providing technical support. 

Will give technical support to our customers on the phone, Whatsapp and internet. 

Will make R&D on electrics and electronical systems.

We are expecting a solution oriented person that is capable of using mechanical + electrical + electronical + software knowledge all together. 

We are not looking for a candidate to teach things or educate on the things that they know, he/she should discover solutions and teach US how to make things better.

Reporting to the head of Automation department. 

Bursa - Yıldırım ve Nilüfer yönüne servis hizmetimiz vardır.

Yurt dışı seyahatlerinde bütün masraflar firmamız tarafından karşılanır.

Çalışma saatleri haftaiçi 08:30 - 18:30 arasıdır, HAFTASONU ÇALIŞMA YOKTUR.
