We are looking for a ''Treasury Assistant Manager' to join our team.

Job Description:

• Make short, medium, and long-term cash flow forecasting and planning, to follow and report the realizations
• Define and coordinate Treasury related functional and business issues
• Contribute to development of Treasury- and Financing strategy
• Manage bank relationship in the best way possible
• Negotiate legal agreements related to funding activities
• Ensure ongoing compliance to and maintenance of Financial Policy
• Ensure all reports about Treasury are on time
• Monitor intercompany payments and fundings

Qualifications:

• University Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Engineering
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Corporate Treasury/Corporate Banking
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a plus
• Demonstrate extensive and deep knowledge of financial instruments
• Ability to coach, guide, manage, and develop (project) teams
• Excellent communication skills in order to negotiate with internal and/or external parties with divergent interests and with different business areas
• Pro-active (engaging & impact-oriented) mindset, ability to think end-to-end with an agile mindset
• Having an opinion on digital banking, e-money, payment process
• Analytical thinking
