Human Resources Specialist (1 year contract)

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial or Management Engineering and Social Sciences 
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR functions, experience in payroll management is a plus 
• Very good command of English 
• Excellent planning &organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to work effectively as an individual and as a team member 
• Ability to cope with a multitask environment 
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service, eager to can do approach 
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency to deliver results, detail-oriented and analytical 
• Very good command of MS Office, knowledge and experience in Oracle is a plus 
• Strong communication skills, 
• No military obligation for male candidates 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Managing Oracle HR processes to ensure employee data is maintained and updated accurately 
• Responding to and resolve day to day HR queries from line managers and employees 
• Managing the monthly payroll process 
• Managing onboarding process, including entry and exit checklists of employees 
• Support compliance with labor and employment laws (Iskur and SGK) 
• Manage HR vendors 
• Complete HR reports as requested to ensure up to date and accurate information is available to support decision making 
• Giving support in Implementing global Human Resources projects 
• Support employee relations and internal communication process 
• Ensure employee files are created and maintained 
• Support learning, performance management process 
• Support Recruitment processes
