The 2nd plant in Manisa which became operational in 2011 is the first plant in Turkey to operate under a BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certificate. With the inclusion of the 3rd plant in April 2019, İnci GS Yuasa has become the biggest battery manufacturer in the Turkish automotive industry.

Running its business under the brand names of İnci Akü, Yuasa, EAS, Hugel, Blizzaro, GS and İnci Battery the company has a total of 80 core dealers with 200 Energy Experts and a total of 3,500 point-of-sale and 300 authorized service centers in order to meet the needs of its customers across the country. We are seeking for a ‘Process Quality Engineer' with below qualifications to work for our company İnci GS Yuasa Aku Manisa Plant in Process Quality Unit.

• Bacholar’s degree from the Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering is preferred,
• At least 2 -3 years of experience in the quality department in the automotive industry is preferred,
• Basic knowledge about VDA, Q1 standards and applications is preferred,
• Knowledge and experience on APQP / PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, 5S, 6 Sigma, Kaizen is preferred,
• Knowledge about SAP usage is preferred,
• Deep knowledge about TS ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (audit experience is preferred),
• Team management experience is preferred,
• High verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to use Office Programs very well and effectively
• Strong reporting and presentation skills
• Good team player, result-oriented, analytical thinker, coherent personality
• Residence in Manisa or İzmir is required.
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•  To follow up and prepare all kinds of documents, reports, tests with customer requirements (PFMEA, Control Plans, Synoptic, Instructions, Final Reports, Annual Test Plans, etc.)
• To apply corrective and preventive activities effectively by taking part in process audits, internal audits and system audits,
• Root cause analysis, determining the actions and following the implementation of the actions directly or as a team member of the problems that occur / detected during the process controls or production processes.
• Determining daily QRQC meeting agendas, following the actions determined in meeting ensuring effective implementation and managing the meetings.
• To learn the relevant customer and general standards, to follow the currentness of the standards, to inform the relevant parties in case of any revision and to adapt to the system,
• To analyze and present process control activities in the process using statistical process control tools,
• To follow supplier performances, development activities and actions,
• Actively participating in and developing projects that reduce costs, increase product and process quality levels and manage projects,
• To follow the quality process performance indicators, to carry out and follow the improvement studies.
• Management of his team (shifts, training etc.)
• Being responsible of test labrotar’s operations, to evaluate the test results and to take necessary actions if needed.
