Company Description:

Inci Family Office is looking for a hands on team member, willing to rollup their sleeves to perform any and all responsibilities.

Inci Family Office is set up to meet the complex needs of individuals and multigenerational families with management of their assets. Working with families and 3rd party advisors, the office team aims to deliver sophisticated financial, tax and estate planning solutions to clients. The office provides family accounting, asset allocation and reporting services and general support/consulting to address lifestyle, family, business, and entrepreneurial needs of the families.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or Finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organization skills.
  • Strong writing and grammatical skills.
  • Ability to work and communicate in English.
  • Ability to make presentations to senior management, executive committees or clients, when necessary.
  • Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment, managing multiple projects and escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Impeccable task organization, project follow up and attention to detail is a must.
  • Problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to take initiative and critically analyze processes and procedures in a push toward constant improvement.
  • Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and involvement is critical.
  • Strong interest equity and fixed income markets, as well as general knowledge of brokerage products and services.
  • Ability to analyze current market trends and financial products, articulate a point of view, and be comfortable with having investment conversations with clients across asset categories.
  • Sensitivity, discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy are necessary in this role.
  • Prior experience (4+ years) in the finance, mergers and acquisitions, banking or accounting field is preferred.

Job Description:

  • Provide superior analytical support to the team on a wide variety of assignments.
  • Help coordinate various services within the family office and communication with 3rd party advisors and service providers.
  • Managing client orders for bank accounts
  • Review and analyze investment activity for client portfolios; Production of portfolio analytics, including equity and fixed income analyses.
  • Conduct industry, market, company-specific research regarding entrepreneurial investment opportunities and provide insightful decision support to the family members to create investment strategies.
  • Origination, evaluation and execution of transactions, handling technical, financial and legal due diligences for various projects and financial tools in coordination with the client.
  • Resolve any owner / family inquires, issues, and special requests promptly and accurately.
  • Respond directly to client inquiries, including complete profiling of client needs/objectives and determination of appropriate responses/solutions.
  • Deliver solutions to clients as necessary, and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction thereafter.
  • Ensuring appropriate books and records are maintained for all portfolios.
  • Maintain documentation for appropriate policies and procedures.
  • Daily monitoring of the capital markets.
  • Assist in client development.

The position requires proactively building client relationships, expressing a point of view on current market trends and potential projects, and educating the clients on the company’s capabilities to fulfill their needs. The Analyst will work with the accounting and services team on client and prospective client calls and presentations, identifying appropriate solutions as a result of a solid understanding of their strategies. He/she will create and foster strong working relationships between banks and other 3rd party service providers.

The analyst prepares reports that provide value added insight into the performance and risk of the client’s investments. The analyst will prepare performance, cash and risk analysis reports on a monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc basis. The analyst will also support and directly work with the head of Inci Family Office in overall management and reporting of family office.
