QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Company Description:

Inci Family Office is looking for a hands on team member, willing to rollup their sleeves to perform any and all responsibilities. 

Inci Family Office is set up to meet the complex needs of individuals and multigenerational families with management of their assets. Working with families and 3rd party advisors, the office team aims to deliver sophisticated financial, tax and estate planning solutions to clients. The office provides family accounting, asset allocation and reporting services and general support/consulting to address lifestyle, family, business, and entrepreneurial needs of the families.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organization skills.
  • Strong writing and grammatical skills.
  • Ability to work and communicate in English. 
  • Ability to make presentations to senior management, executive committees or clients, when necessary.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Impeccable task organization, project follow up and attention to detail is a must. 
  • Problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to take initiative and critically analyze processes and procedures in a push toward constant improvement.
  • Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and involvement is critical.
  • Ability to analyze current market trends and financial products, articulate a point of view, and be comfortable with having investment conversations with clients across asset categories.
  • Prior experience (2+ years) in the finance field especially in investment
  • Being a CFA charterholder is a plus.

Job Description:

  • Proactively building client relationships, expressing a point of view on current market trends and potential projects, and educating the clients on the company’s capabilities to fulfill their needs.  
  • Review and analyze investment activity for client portfolios; Production of portfolio analytics, including equity and fixed income analyses.
  • Conduct industry, market, company-specific research regarding entrepreneurial investment opportunities and provide insightful decision support to the family members to create investment strategies.
  • Origination, evaluation and execution of transactions, handling technical, financial and legal due diligences for various projects and financial tools in coordination with the client.
  • Preparing reports that provide value added insight into the performance and risk of the client’s investments.
  • Respond directly to client inquiries, including complete profiling of client needs/objectives and determination of appropriate responses/solutions.

This position offers an outstanding opportunity to learn and develop a broad range of analytical, financial, skills in a very dynamic environment. It is located in İzmir with some travel required.
