SKILLS

• University Graduate / Bachelor’s degree
• Good command of English in speaking and writing
• At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support and/or customer service in similar position,
• Good command in MS Office programs,
• Being team worker, ability to maintain good relations with customers, partners, and the team
• Having analytical thinking skills, innovative in approaching to problems and developing solutions
• Completed military service for male candidates,
• Resident near to our headquarter in Kartal / Istanbul(such as Tuzla,Pendik,Maltepe,Bostancı,etc.)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To Ensure the necessary coordination with the Field Sales Team throughout the process, from receipt of customer orders to shipment and invoicing of the product at the desired time and conditions,
• To follow up the visiting plan and maintenance process by contacting the field team in technical terms, give close support to the team
• To coordinate all necessary operations within daily work routine
• To prepare the reports requested by the governing body,
• To carry out the operational process related to product requirement and supply.
• To carry out the operational process related to product marketing and sales.
