Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from a leading school. Master’s degree or MBA is an asset,
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking or companies' strategy & business development departments,
• Experience on business road maps and growth in a media or technology company is a plus,
• Deep understanding of new products/technologies,
• Must be detail-oriented and solve complex and analytically challenging problems,
• Commercial and Business acumen to talk on eye level with C Levels,
• Entrepreneurial personality self-motivation and self-starter with positive can-do attitude,
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, meets deadlines, and simultaneously works on multiple projects,
• Communicate and present complex information in a way that people understand – whether verbal written or visual,
• Excellent Ms Office skills,
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Job Description

Strategy & Business Monitoring

• The candidate will work closely with Strategy & Business Development departments of our portfolio companies while working with Board of Directors, C level Executives, and with senior business managers,
• Attend periodic board meetings and closely follow (and involve if needed) action plans ,
• Monthly monitor the level of compliance (KPIs & Milestones & Budget) of the different plans, programs and projects in progress and propose corrective measures in case of significant deviation,
• Perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify issues that affect the portfolio companies growth and profitability, support conclusions and influence decisions, including market segmentation and sizing, market trend and competitive landscape analyses, benchmark, business and financial modeling, operations analyses etc.,
• Analyze market trends, competition, growth patterns and the impact of innovations that may create opportunity or risk for the investments
• Prepares adhoc and monthly reports and presentations to assist top management to identify key strategic issues requiring attention.

iLab Operations

• Prepare company presentations for the events
• Coordinate & prepare answers to the questions of regulatory bodies and institutions.

Investment

• Source and screen potential investment opportunities,
• Analyze teasers, presentations and financial models,
• Prepare investment report for investment committee action ,
• Build financial models and performance metrics to track investments,
• Actively involve Merger & Acquisition and Fund Raising activities of portfolio companies from valuation stage till contract negotiations,
• Represent the company in different platforms in both locally & internationally.
