A marketing network comprised of Ihlas Marketing distributors has gradually expanded by adding many other products to its portfolio besides newspaper distribution. By the year 1994, the Company has already become a widespread network engaged in face-to-face marketing of products to thousands of customers.

In 1989, the Group ventured into the construction sector with its “İhlas Yuva Evleri” project. Continuing its corporate development, the Group founded İhlas Home Appliances Company in 1990 and began manufacturing electronic devices and home appliances. The Group then ventured into the healthcare sector by establishing the Türkiye Newspaper Hospital in 1991.

Position Overview:

As an Organizational Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our organizational performance and creating a productive and engaging work environment. You will collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement strategies, and drive initiatives to foster professional growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct organizational assessments and needs analysis to identify areas for development.
• Design and implement talent development programs, career pathways, and succession planning.
• Develop and executing programs for leadership development.
• Develop and manage training and development initiatives for employees at all levels.
• Prepare human resources policies and procedures and harmonize them for all group companies.
• Facilitate team-building activities, workshops, and coaching sessions.
• Create and maintain a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Managing and improving performance management processes.
• Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to drive change.
• Collaborate with HR to improve recruitment and retention strategies.
• Achieving organizational goals by collaborating with human resources teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Proven experience as an Organizational Development Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior, culture, and change management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience working in multiple industries is desirable.
