Planning Engineer

IHI DALGAKIRAN MACHINERY was established with the partnership of IHI Holding from Japan and DALGAKIRAN Group from Turkey. IHI DALGAKIRAN is the first and only Turbo Compressor manufacturer of our country. 

To be assigned as a Planning Engineer at our company’s Kocaeli / Dilovası location;  

• University degree from Engineering Departments (preferably Industrial Engineering or similar field),
• Material planning management experience is an asset,
• Fluent in English both written and spoken,
• Minimum 3 years planning and Project scheduling experience,
• Advanced computer skills (especially in MS Office applications,MS Project) with ERP knowledge & experience (Logo etc),
• General knowledge of production management with ability to understanding of plant processes and operational needs,
• Having an analytical approach and proactive problem solving skills,
• Kaizen activities management
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Residing in Istanbul-Anatolian side or Kocaeli (İzmit, Derince, Körfez, Dilovası, Gebze, Çayırova) or relocate.

İŞ TANIMI

• Preparing production plan and work orders in line with the customer orders,
• Ensuring the production plan in order to be in line with the customer demands,
• Keeping the production records and following/reporting the machine efficiency,
• Effective monitoring in order to deliver the tasks on time,
• Take active role in planning and procuring of production materials,
• Creation of daily/weekly related production plans,
• Controlling the warehouse materials level and analyzing the current stock level,
• Planning of material requirements according to production plans,
  
• Defining minumum/safety stock levels on system,
