QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

IGH FLAVOURS AND TECHNOLOGY, a Spanish food manufacturer of flavours is now recruiting talented staff for sales support in Istanbul Ikitelli. (European Side). The position is multitasking including working in the lab, R&D, sales and quality assurance processes. We think of a fast learner and flexible worker who believe in this project and grow with it.

Responsibilities

• Contact point of sales department for any daily requirements (sample, price, cost, stocks etc)
• Responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, providing data and guidance to the sales team, managing sales tracking tools, and analyzing sales trends
• Sample / label preparation
• Order forms and organisation of deliveries
• Compiling daily lists of leads and delegating them to sales team associates
• Providing assistance to management team members and executives if required
• Performing data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data
• Temporary replacement of departments where necessary
• Participating in tasting sessions
• Supporting the QA responsible in fulfilling the requirements of the BRC Quality Management System and in quality control processes
• Marketing activities in remaining time
• Carrier chance in other departments in mid term, based on skills, necessity and aims

Preferred Candidate

• Bachelor’s(Graduate) in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field / 4 years degree.
• 0 to 5 years of experience in administration and high-volume office work
• Flavour experience is a plus
• Toleration to an environment of known allergens, dust, powdery residues and chemical fumes and vapors.
• Fluent in English with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use physical senses to evaluate quality of full variety of flavours and products.
• Strong computer and practical math skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact productively on internal/external basis
• Ability and willingness to collaborate
• Well organized self-starter with desire to develop new skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• The ability to multitask and quickly switching focus
• An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
