We are looking for an energetic team member who will work as full time Avionics System Design Engineer with following qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

•  Engineering degree (BSc,MSc, PhD) in  Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering/Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering or related programs
•  Professional experience in systems engineering for complex systems (e.g. aerospace, defence, automotive)
•  Knowledge and experience in Avionics Systems
•  Familarity with Avionics System Development ecosystem and related standards (ARP4761, ARP4754, DO-178B/C, DO-254 )
•  Knowledge of System Engineering basics (Requirement, Traceability, Validation and Verification..) 
•  Experience with systems engineering tools (e.g. DOORS, SysML, etc.)
•  Ideally,Track record of successfully completed projects (aerospace, defence, automotive or similar)
•  Ideally, familiarity with operating ARP4754 or similar system design principals & processes
•  Ideally, formal training regarding systems engineering methods is a strong plus (e.g. INCOSE framework)
•  Ideally, experience with electronic hardware and software development process according to DO-254, DO-160 & DO-178 or other similar non-aerospace standards
•  Ideally, theoretical knowledge about flight physics or electrical systems
•  Ideally, some knowledge about product's or system's abilities to perform a specific function; RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety)
•  Structured way of working, high sense of responsibility and accountability
•  Strong analytical skills and structured approach
•  Excellent communication skills
•  Team player, confident in technical discussions, ability to organize and “get things done”
•  Very good English language skills (written and spoken)

JOB DESCRIPTION

•  S/he will be responsible for Avionics System Design Activities of related ATA Chapters
•  Manage requirements for systems, and validate them by means of measured results.
•  Requirements management at aircraft level (including functional, safety, and performance requirements)
•  Management of the verification and validation activity (V Model)
•  Close cooperation with all engineering disciplines (including flight test)
•  Ensure the traceability of requirements
