QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

İATİ is hiring a Bilingual Russian/English language "Fluent Speaking/Writing" Social Media Manager with an extensive experience in the major Social Media platforms in Turkey.

Our social media manager will be responsible for all social media accounts, who will be expected to manage advertising campaigns and keep up with the latest developments in social media marketing.

- Design and maintain our social media presence.(Facebook, İnstagram, Vk.com, Mail.ru, Twitter, etc.)

- B2B Marketing Ads Knowledge (exceptional)

- Develop, execute, and analyze social strategies and campaigns for IATI brand.

- Manage social calendars, including scheduling, posting and copywriting.

- Compile data and insights on KPIs for social media campaign performance reports to inform future content development.

- Partner with social platforms to identify new opportunities and develop first-to-market activations.

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including Marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

- Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

- Fix any errors or bugs in online content.

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

- Multitasking and time management skills as well as good planning and organizational skills.

Associate Degree(Student), Bachelor’s(Student), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
