QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

IAS is a global technology company that provides worldwide consulting and training services as well as a wide range of innovative products such as enterprise resource planning solution caniasERP, IoT, big data, Al (Artificial Intelligence), cloud solutions, iasDB, caniasIQ, and integration operations to e-Government services. With more than a thousand customers, more than 30 thousand users, and more than fifty business partners, it currently has a global service network in 31 countries and 16 languages. IAS resumes its efforts in the international market, with 12 headquarters spread across Germany, Turkey, India, the United Arab Emirates, South Korea, Switzerland, and the United States of America, as well as a steadily growing global business partner network.

Now we are looking for enthusiastic team players to join our Software Support team in İstanbul office.

Job Description;

  • Providing software support to Canias ERP users in Turkey or abroad, via phone or internet
  • Creating and recording tickets for calls received via mail, portal and phone.
  • Testing error notifications and determining the source of the error, helping the customer in case of user or data-originated errors and solving the problem.
  • Making development suggestions about Canias ERP modules to the quality assurance specialist of relevant unit, and to the development team if approved.
  • Following development suggestions and providing feedback to the customers about completed developments
  • Notifying customers about developments, sharing documents.


Requirements;

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably from Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering etc.
  • Having a good knowledge of at least one programming language
  • Good command of SQL query language
  • Be able to work customer-oriented, provide patient and professional feedback to customers and business partners, and make priority planning in the job list.
  • Prone to teamwork and having analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent command of English both in written and oral communication
  • Proven experience in Software Development, Testing, Consultancy and/or Support departments
  • Flexible working hours (+shifts / details will be given at the meeting)
