QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial or Metallurgical/Material Engineering or similar discipline
• Good command in English is a must (verbally and written),
• Possesing sales experience in area will be a plus,
• Possesing good knowledge on SAP will be a plus,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Residence in İzmit or willing to relocate
• Actively driving and having no restrictions for traveling.
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collecting & Receiving product orders from customers
• Preparing the sales plan in terms of quantity, turnover and product groups
• Processing product orders (including data input to the system)
• Checking the product production status
• Product stock management (including dispatching order)
• Invoice management (issuing & dispatching)
• Following-up & collection of overdue invoices.
• Investigate innovations, rival firms, market opportunities, trends, investigate potential sales opportunities and risks in the sector; report his/her suggestions to Manager,
• Report the possibilities of domestic sales every month,
• Assess customer's order requests, ensure and follow their inclusion in the production schedule and for this purpose, work in coordination with company's Planning part,
• Ensuring the implementation of contracts, including their records.
• Follow up customer's order requests and their shipping, report all disruptions to the Manager,
• Evaluate complaints from clients together with department managers and request for corrective/preventive actions
