As a Hyundai Motor Group company, we are handling logistics, shipping, warehousing, packaging, material and stock management operations globally and we are looking for a  " Sales & Operation Staff " to assign at our Mersin / TURKEY office with below mentioned qualifications.  

• Graduate from related branches of universities (logistics, social sciences, engineering etc),
• Minimum 2 years of experience in active sales in freight forwarding,
• Global industrial freight forwarding, shipping line, airline experience is plus,
• Fluency in English (speaking & writing),
• Driving License (B class),
• Able to travel,
• Able to use Soft Trans and MS Office programs,
• Military service completed for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Doing market researches in line with company vision and goals and finding new customers,
• Control the business as bridge between customer and operation/documentation,
• Listening to customer requirements and meet expectations for sustainable relations,
• Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via phone calls (telesales), e-mails and visits,
• Follow up the market with sub-contractors to get best possible rates to cretae products for customers,
• Present and sell service to clients,
• Organise and follow up each operations with fuctions till invoicing,
• Report weekly and monthly activities to department management,
• Customer follow up by operation and invoicing,
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activities, closings, follow ups,
• Monitor and report operations by each file with customer desk,
• Deliver and follow up documents between sub contractors, customers and main office.
