We are now looking for a "Sales/Service Training Specialist" with the following requirements.
 

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering Departments)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related field 
• Advanced level of both written and spoken English
• Good communication ability
• Suitable for teamwork
• Advanced presentation skills
• Very good command of computer applications
• Ability to analyze
• Having a driving licence   
• No military obligation for male candidates    

İŞ TANIMI

• Providing  sales and service process trainings to Sales and Service Advisors
• Updating, adaptation and implementation  of Sales/Service process training documents
• Analysis of additional training needs and implementation in parallel with the existing Certification Programs
• Organisation of Sales/ Service Soft Skill Trainings in cooperation with outsource
• Preparation of e-learning content in e-learning portal, e-learning system management and follow-up
• Yearly Sales/Service Training Plan preparation
• Preparation of monthly executive reports
