QUALIFICATIONS

·         Bachelor's degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineer from reputable universities

·         Minimum 1 year of experience in Automotive Field especially in Quality Management

·         Excellent command of both written & spoken English

·         Excellent command of MS Office programs

·         Team player and interpersonal, effective collaboration with other departments

·         Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, reporting and organizational skills

·         Result and customer oriented

·         No travel restrictions and capability of driving

·         Reside/Willing to reside in Bursa

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Part QC ( Mainly Wiring Harness and Trim parts )

·         Management of all processes for Parts Approval

·         Follow up car project stages and inline-PDI parts quality problems

·         Problems’ countermeasure development and confirmation

·         Organizing and performing Suppliers’ Audit/Visit for part process checking

·         Analyze & Reporting quality trends

·         Follow up EO & 4M changes Body-Fitting Process, to check fit and function condition

·         Follow up and reporting line problems, participating corrective and preventive activities

·         Preparing and revising inspection standards

·         Follow up specifications & regulations

·         Supporting shop based Process Audit

·         Supporting A/S claims decrease studies.
