Job Description:

• Taking role at financial & business planning process & follow up,
• Reviewing monthly closing process & actuals,
• Performing month end, quarter end and year end closing activities, preparing reporting packages, in collaboration with the HQ
• Preparing monthly performance reports on a timely basis, reporting, budgeting, and analyzing store & channel performances,
• Conducting of monthly reporting deck to the management,
• Monitoring company budgets and make necessary recommendations,
• Managing and coordinating external (financial) and internal (process) audit processes.
• Business partnering with business units and functions,
• Involvement to the projects related to budgeting, profitability and reporting,
• Other ad-hoc responsibilities requested by the management.

Qualifications:

• University Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields,
• >3 years of experience in budget & reporting, planning & analysis; preferably in retailsector & Multinational Organization environment,
• Advance knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Fluent in English,
• Strong Knowledge of IFRS reporting, audit background is a plus
• Strong general & cost accounting, reporting and controlling knowledge,
• Strong analytical and problem solving & negotiation skills, attention to details and high sense of responsibility,
• Result oriented and initiative taker with positive “can do” attitude,
• Very adaptable to fast-growing and changing environment,
• Very good at communication
