Production Manager

We are looking for a “ Production Manager” for our client in Aegean Free Zone, İzmir with the qualifications below;

REQUIREMENTS  

• 5-7 years of experience in production roles (Technical experience and QC experience is an asset), of which at least 3 years in a similar position.
• Having an FMCG background in Food Industry
• Bachelor / Master Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Certification in production and/or inventory management is an asset
  
• Good level of English
  
• Team management, coaching and leadership experience
  
• Proactive, results-oriented, driving results through KPIs 
  
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities, practical thinking
  
• Team leadership, mentoring, track record in people management
• Lean manufacturing experience is an asset
• Analytical thinker,
• Open for challenges and growth mindset
• Domestic and foreign travel flexibility
  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Smooth Day-to-day operations (Factory output, production efficiency, planning, safety and health of employees, IFS, stock management, planning, logistics)
• Organization and Daily Management of factory workers
• Define and manage overall performance by the target setting & KPI monitoring, including the definition of corrective actions when & where needed
• Inspire, motivate, develop and strengthen teams.
• Safety regulations fulfillment during production and maintenance.  
• High-level lean manufacturing and tight cost control and conversion cost efficiencies.
• Capex budget and cashflow (stocks) management
• Efficient Training and Evaluation of the team at various levels. Ensuring a high motivation level.
• Screening, recruiting and developing new factory workers
• The role will provide a key leadership role in factory initial setup and factory preparations during initial production trials, forming the team, process & procedure design and documentation; procurement of the required services, materials and tools to make the factory ready for production.
