QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Responsible” for our global client in Manisa with the qualifications below;

For HR related basic requirements

  • Conducting job analysis and creating job descriptions of the personnel working with department managers or supervisors accordingly
  • Coordinating employee training activities; organizing training and keeping training records in line with incoming training requests
  • Establish a performance evaluation system (360-degree performance management) and do this with department managers or department chiefs.
  • Attendance/Payroll transactions
  • Personnel labor costs, health insurance, seniority burden, to make calculations
  • Following the personal affairs of the recruited personnel (prepare the personel files as per the labor law)
  • Complete filing and preservation of the documents of the recruiting staff. (according to the labor law)
  • To prepare necessary documents in accordance with Labor Law No. 4857
  • To organize organizations to motivate employees

For Admin related basic requirements

  • To meet the needs and demands of people or communities working in the company. (Stationery, kitchenware, tea, coffee, etc.) 
  • To be responsible for company vehicles (fleets) and to have information about the vehicles they are responsible for.
  • To be responsible for service vehicles and service drivers. To have information about the routes. To make geographical studies as rotation and settlement. To take an active role in processes such as determining the location.
  • To be responsible for people such as kitchen personnel, drivers, security personnel, housekeeping
  • To have information about warehouse and stock, to constantly check the stock status within the information. Keeping the tally of the goods entering and leaving the warehouse. (like safety shoes, worker clothes, safety, and health types of equipment
  • To prepare and submit contracts such as security, health doctor, occupational safety, catering services, car rental, mobile phone contracts, garden maintenance, environmental consultancy  to senior management
