We are looking for a "Training and Development Senior Specialist" to join our Human Resources team.

Job Description:

• Design the mandatory/technical/personal development training programs and contents in collaboration with relevant departments to meet the organization's training and development needs.
• Prepare and update training materials.
• Create annual training plans and schedule calendars.
• Determine internal/external resources, manage all planning processes, and prepare the budget.
• Develop, implement and monitor measurement and evaluation tools to be used for evaluating and improving training programs.
• Prepare periodic training reports. 
• Execute talent management projects and development programs.
• Plan orientation calendars and deliver training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• Experience in training needs analysis, training design, implementation, measurement, and evaluation.
• At least 5 years of experience in training and organizational development.
• Ability to create and/or support the development of projects.
• Energetic, strong communication skills, and teamwork-oriented.
• Knowledgeable in talent management.
• Proficient in English.
• Preferably experienced in SAP, QDMS.
