Specialized recruitment of middle, senior and executive management level and setting up of HR systems in companies. Hugent Consulting has 10 areas of expertise including Sales & Marketing, Engineering, IT, Finance& Accounting, HR and Support Functions roles.

We are currently looking for a "HR RESEARCHER" for our growing Hugent team and will be located in our İstanbul Office.

  • Having a Bachelor Degree
  • Preferably Minimum 1 year of experiences in recruitment processes
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Self motivated and result oriented personality
  • Previous experience in a permanent recruitment team
  • “Can do” approach and a strong problem solving ability
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Military service completed for male candidates


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assisting Senior Consultants in the Search & Selection Processes
  • Researching for suitable candidates
  • Manage candidate identification for mid to senior level retained searches with a strong focus on sourcing passive candidates
  • Assist in constructing comprehensive target lists (industries, companies, competitors, candidates) and in developing innovative sourcing strategies
  • Maintain up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of direct sourcing methodologies (to include networking, organizational mapping, complex internet searches and research) to develop targeted talent pools and facilitate accurate research / name identification
  • Maintain a contact database of prospects and candidates
  • Converting CVs in the right format
  • Supporting reference check process
  • Provides support to the search and selection processes
  • Enters and tracks candidate information on the system and reports all relevant data
  • Support team with various administrative tasks, as needed
