• University degree (BS/MS) in Business Administration, Economics or related departments.

• Experienced in accounting & taxation area preferably in a multinational company or one of audit companies (local or big 4) in tax department 5 years. 

• Experience in preparation of tax declarations.

• Experience in Vat refund process. 

• Experience in Tax office relationship. 

• Very good knowledge in Turkish tax laws. 

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills, and able to work in a team environment. 

• Flexible, and able to adapt to corporate structure. 

• Expertise in using tax incentives especially RD. 

• Knowledge of IFRS is an asset.

• Data analyze, analytical thinking, proactive and willingness to take initiative.

• Excellent Microsoft Office Skill (Excel & Word). 

• Good command of English.(Speaking, reading,writing). 

• Live in Istanbul.

Job Description:

 Main responsibilities are, 

• All tasks related to tax management (tax planning, requirements from legal tax authorities, preparation of every kind of tax declarations (Withholding Tax, VAT, Stamp Tax, Corporation prepaid tax, Corporate Income Tax, BA/BS Declarations etc.). 
• Monthly review statutory books.
• Monthly reconciliation between group books and statutory books. 
• Managing quarterly, yearly CIT audits with external consultants. 
• Controlling of monthly e-books. • Ad-hoc reports in accordance with company’s internal requirements. 
• Internal advisory to business departments when necessary. 
• Internal tax reporting to HQ and UK COE office. 
• Leading VAT refund process. 
• Participation in tax audits. 
• Controlling accounting & taxation treatments to fulfill legal & company requirements. 
• Conducting Transfer Pricing Reporting studies. 
• Responsible of regional and local reporting in a matrix structure.
