QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide technical consultancy and support for voice technologies
  • Provide design, integration, deployment and support for voice  network  (including transmission systems,    PABX, voice recording, dealer board and contact technology platforms) to provide effective and reliable  system and services
  • Supports projects involved in planning, research, evaluation and design of Call Centre infrastructure and     telephony & voice recording solutions,
  • Driving the replacement of non-compliant technologies to the latest ‘green’ solutions.
  • Promoting more effective management solutions of our ‘core’ systems through the additional benefits of voice technologies
  • Preparing the Annual Technology Plan, Provide Regulatory & compliance for voice products, Ensure Regional governance for voice technology
  • Benefit and cost analysis for all new voice systems / projects by following up  the innovations and technology roadmap on the telecommunication network
  • Re-/ proactive problem management & approaches to increase performance, resilience and service quality
  • Ensure all processes are realized with risk management, change management, problem management and project management concepts to carry out reliable & uninterrupted systems,
  • Establishes present and future requirements for related systems and identifies the strategies that will best meet those requirements in order to provide effective technological approach according to direction of the Group R2 technology stack, local conditions and requirement
  • Ensure that all planned projects are delivered on time, within the budget and resource allocated
  • Review and ensure compliance of the processes / activities managed under responsibility with Group IT FIM/Standarts  and any compliance requirements. 

KNOWLEDGE :

  • At least a university degree (Engineering)
  • Good command of English

      Technical knowledge at:

  • Voice Communication Systems (Cisco IP Telephony)
  • Contact Center technologies ( AVAYA, Genesys, IVR , Dealerboard, ACD)
  • Voice recording systems (Verint, Nice )
  • Transmission- Last Mile Systems Analysis/Design and implementation (DWDM, SDH, Metroethernet, MPLS)
  • Telecom infrastructure, Analogue/Digital Leased Lines
  • Disaster recovery principles in network area
  • In-depth product knowledge and pertinent operating policies and regulations
  • Large Scale Project Management

EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience is not less than  5 years
  • Cisco CCNA / CCNP / CCIE Certifications (is plus)

SKILLS:

  • A detailed understanding of IT hardware, software, operations and networks
  • Proven and progressive experience
  • 7x24 Network operational management  experience in financial area
  • Large scale project management experience
  • Oversee and coordinate Staff activities
  • Telecommunications system & network management
  • To be able to priorities faults, estimate fix times
