Introduction of the role

HS Ad Turkey is seeking an associate level "Project Manager"  the candidate will be  checking the  processes to ensure the solutions are delivered as client's and HS Ad's mutual goals.

• Bachelor’s degree required from Marketing or Business,
• Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in retail development field
• Able to read and comprehend technical drawings and preparing floor plans
• Basic knowledge of the brand/corporate identity and it's implementaions in store  enviroments.
• Open to learn clients business.
• Strong project management skills: outstanding organizational and planning skills
• Advanced attention to detail and follow-through, ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines
• Able to work as a team player
• Open, honest and direct
• Organized, efficient, and goal oriented
• Good oral and written communication skills in English ( Only English CVs will be taken into consideration.)
• Knowledge of MS Office, office programs.

İŞ TANIMI

• Managing design process for retail projects such as brandshop, shop-in-shop, window display and product display stands in line with the global guideline
  
• Planning  and execution of  the production and installation processes with manufacturer.
• Following the production and installation on site as required.
• Ensuring the correct implementation of the elements delivered by global guidelines.
• Cost analysis and quotation preparation.
• Working with multiple vendors and ensuring that the result meets clients need.
• Maintaining relationship with current clients
• Regularly reporting on project status and keeping the documentation of project.
• Following market trends and the status of competitors
