What does the role involve?
As our Purchasing Team continues to expand new talents to join us, the position have different level roles in the Purchasing Department, which could include Materials and Suppliers Management, Process & Projects, Market Analysis.

BS/MS degree in Industrial, Mechanical or other related engineering disciplines from a reputable university,
At least 2 years of experience in Automotive Sector,
Good command of English,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
Self motivating, analytical thinker and excellent team player,
Good knowledge of MS Office programs,
No restriction for travelling in and out of country,
Have driving license (class B) and currently active as a driver.
Purchasing Engineer will be responsible for:
To perform suppliers and market analysis in domestic and foreign markets in the categories covered by liability,  also to find alternative suppliers and solutions,
To make contracts in areas subject to liability, keeping them up-to-date and renewing them when
necessary,
To manage the Supplier Performance Evaluation process,
Coordinate relations between HP Pelzer Pimsa and suppliers,
To support analysis and improvement studies of existing processes and systems,
Always bearing in mind the responsibilities regarding, safety of own or of colleagues, safety of supplier’s        employees, customers and visitors, quality of products and processes, continuous
improvement, effective use of natural resources and carry out the business in an environment friendly manner are expected behavioral characteristics.
