QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Hitit products and services have been able to meet the needs of even the most demanding players on the market with a team consisting of hundreds of developers and analysts as well as numerous domain experts with decades of industry experience.

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist for our rapidly growing organization. The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills;


Responsibilities 

  • Identifying and following up on new business opportunities.
  • Development and implementation of sales strategy to increase new clients.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications and following professional societies daily.
  • Ensuring realization of department KPIs.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting annual sales quotas for regions and projecting expected sales volume for existing / new solutions.
  • Developing long term relationships with identified target customers.
  • Working cross-functionally with all related departments for efficient operations.
  • Attending conferences, exhibitions and other events that may have a positive impact or lead sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product / feature launches and market knowledge.
  • Create presentations to support sales and marketing team efforts.
  • Manages Sales Reporting keeping the data up-to-date.


Qualifications

  • BS degree in preferably in Industrial Engineering / Management Engineering / Business Administration.
  • Minimum 0-3 years of experience in sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional language is a plus.
  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Experienced in formal presentation.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills even under stress environments.
  • Strong communication planning, coordination and organizational skills. Negotiation skill and persuasiveness is plus.
  • No restriction of travelling.
  • Should have interest in travel and airline industry.
  • Male candidates should have completed their military service.
