QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for 'Quality Engineer' with the qualifications below;

• University degree in mechanical, industrial or mettalurgical engineering
• Min 3 years experience in Quality Engineer position preferably in a Tier-1 Automotive company
• Has a knowledge and experience in IATF 16949 and associated tools PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, control plan and process flow diagram
• Has a knowledge in process audit (VDA6.3)
• Experience in assessment of quality issues, root cause analysis with using problem solving techniques, implementation/follow-up of containment actions
• Excellent command of English ability and fluent speaking
• Second language is preferable (German)
• No restrictions to travel local & abroad
• Good at follow up
• Good at problem solving
• Strong analytical thinking and good communication skills
• Persuasiveness, team spirit
• Taking initiative and having eagerness to learn
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• B Class driving licence

Job Description

• Ensure customer satisfaction through quick follow up to problems/customer concerns, good root cause analysis and complete feedback
• Managing problem solving activities for customer & internal claims (0km & field) with using problem solving techniques like 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa
• Preparing customer 8D reports with using SAP and also at customer portals
• Presenting 8D reports to customers
• Follow-up customer & internal claims and reporting status of corrective/preventive actions to customers periodically
• Follow-up of customer portals
• Follow-up of customer special requirements
• Planning and performing periodical customer visits
• Performing immediate customer visits upon necessity (both local & abroad)
• Preparing PPAP files for customers for new projects and serial production changes
• Planning and preparation of project quality activities and documents
• Moderating Quality Gates for customer project phases
• Preparing weekly/monthly local, regional and global quality reports
• Prepare and update all necessary quality reports as required by customers
• Communication with stakeholders about improvements and customer specific requirements
• Supporting PFMEA studies
