QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree preferably from Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related departments
  • Min. 3 years of experience in payroll and related process
  • Ability to cooperate and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • Self-motivated and having a positive attitude
  • Goal oriented and able to take initiativ
  • Strong planning and analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of Labour Law, Social Security Institution and related legislation
  • Knowledge of Industrial Relations
  • Effective use of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Excellent knowledge of personnel tracking system (PDKS) and payroll
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • No millitary obligation for male candidates
  • Is able to live in Bursa

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Consolidating monthly score reports, preparing payrolls on time with correct data (premiums, side benefits, deductions, overtime, etc.)
  • Performing all activities related to recruitments, exits, all official notices in a timely and accurate manner and accordance with Labour Law and other relevant legislation
  • Support administrative work processes related to personnel shuttles, factory cafeteria layout, travel, accommodation, and visa
  • Following up the updates on legal laws and regulations and enforcing the processes aligned with these regulations
  • Executing the personnel affairs orientation process of the newly hired employee
  • Communicate and work with business units proactively and in close contact to deliver value-added HR services and develop integrated solutions
  • Contributing in preparation and execution of all HR related projects
