Business Development Lead

We are looking for a Business Development Lead with the following specifications for our company that provides design and engineering services in the automotive industry for local and international platforms.

 

What You Do:

• Establish and maintain new customer relationships
• Generate new business with existing and future customers
• Analyze customer technical requirements and develop customer-specific solutions
• Support and track preparation process of project content and quotation
• Accompany PMO in customer relations during project execution
• Conduct regular customer visits, as well as conferences, tech days and exhibitions
• Preparation and presentation of company briefs, specific to customers
• Continuous expansion of the portfolio of services in line with the corporate strategy
• Bring leadership, coordinative and communicative skills to steer BD and sales processes
• Regularly report BD activity status

 

Who You Are:

• Engineering background in automotive industry
• Deep understanding of vehicle development processes
• More than 8 years of relevant experience
• Sales or business development experience (preferably)
• Communication and presentation skills
• Customer-oriented, assertive, self-motivated attitude
• Readiness to travel
• Business fluent English, can discuss complex technical and commercial topics (must)
