For our international hair transplant polyclinic Located in Istanbul Ataşehir, we are looking for an International Patient Representative who will be responsible from sales and following international patient processes with ensuring patient satisfaction. 

REQUIREMENTS:

·       University graduate

·       Medical tourism, clinic, hospital or patient services experience in hair transplant field

·       Advanced level of English

·       Advanced level in one of the following languages; Italian, German, French

·       Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·       Positive attitude &passion

·       Proficiency in MS Office applications, CRM applications.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Respond to the patient enquiries. Contact with international patients by phone, mail and messaging.

·       Provide information on hair transplant processes and promote the hair transplant services

·       Follow up with the patients and turning the leads into sales.

·       Use the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

·       Management of booking for transfers and accommodation.

·       Explain the hair transplantation process to the patients.

·       Arrange appointments with doctors and assist patients with the translation during consultations.

·       Respond to patients’ questions after the operation and to explain post-operative aftercare procedures and instructions.

·       Other tasks given by management
