Qualifications:

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field,
• 2+ years of experience in Technology Operations Management
• Familiarity with Jira Service Desk or other ITSM Management tool operation and implementation
• Strong management skills with the ability to develop teams and cultivate talent
• ITIL certification is a plus
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in English
• Planning, organization and management of the work
• Male candidates must have completed their military services
  

Job Description:

• Management of Incident Management, Problem Management, Case Management and Alarm Management processes according to ITIL methodology
• Management of day to day operations for Application Support & periodically measure their performance
• Providing operational support at the L1 + L2 for tickets opened to the Technology Team.
• Management of coordination between the operation team with L3 product teams
• Management of SLA / OLA / KPI for operational goals
• Maintain day to day responsibility for resolution of ITSM issues
• Managing and improving Software Operations Support Team
• Managing and improving team and performance management
