• University graduate,
• Minimum 2 years experience in the customer services or call center departments,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone skills.
• Ability to work shifts,
• Strong planning and communication skills,
• Problem solving & analytical skills,
• Highly self-motivated, flexible and energetic,
• Ability to maintain high level of professionalism under pressure,
• For male candidates military service should be completed,
• Resident in Anatolian side of Istanbul or around Gebze.

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Communicate with costumer that regarding requests and complaints of customer by telephone and e-mail,
• Procedures produce accurate solutions in the solution center,
• Solve costumer problems and, the most accurate way to help costumers,
• Provide customer satisfaction in line with the company’s goals and standards.
