Apply with your CV in English to the position of IT Support Engineer / Service Desk Engineer in Gemlik (Bursa)!


As an IT Service Desk Engineer you will support our customer remotely and from time to time onsite (once a week) in Gemlik (Bursa).

  • Hybrid job (2 months induction onsite) - living in Gemlik (Bursa - or close to)


Main tasks...

  • serve as point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email for issues regarding Software and Network Drives, Admin Rights, Active Directory, Password Recovery (e.g. Windows, Bitlocker, SAP) VPN Issues, Network Issues, Microsoft Office, Printers.
  • Perform remote resolution of technical issues, through diagnostic techniques and questions.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
  • Log issues and their resolution (Call Dispatching, Monitoring Services, Remote Support Services for the region Europe or Global, On-site Support Services for Turkey, Access Management, INC Management, MINC Management, Service Request Fulfilment, Problem Management and Change Management)


Your skills and competences...

  • 2/3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent English + German will be a plus but not necessary
  • Working technical knowledge, in order to address service work orders, for PCs, laptops, cabling, televisions, projectors, phones, peripherals and site security equipment
  • Working technical knowledge of standard systems and business software
  • Customer-oriented 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Works on problems/projects of moderately medium-complex scope
  • Able to independently problem solve
  • Able to provide feedback on new technical processes to help drive efficiency
