QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
HC Trading is the International Trading Arm of HeidelbergCement Group. It is one of the leading international traders of dry bulk cargo meeting the needs of cement industry worldwide. For our international trading operations in İstanbul we are seeking to recruit an officer:
QUALIFICATIONS
Good knowledge of export/import procedures, shipping documents and documentary credit, bank guarantees.
1-3 years of experience in a similar function (i.e, import/export, bank or similar)
Good command of both written and spoken English
French as a second language will be a plus
Result oriented and strong attention to details
Being accurate, well organized and punctual
Good understanding of different cultures
Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Power point
Experience or knowledge on ERP (enterprise resource planning) will be a plus.
Strong communication and analytical skills, team player, flexible, stress tolerant and hard working. Able to work in a complex and fast paced environment

Supporting trade operations department mainly;
Following up the export operations
Handling of the operation of the shipments
Enabling the communication between all parties; banks, customers, suppliers, agencies and customs
