QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Description of Work: Plan, carry out and finalize all sales and product development activities within the direction of corporate identity rules of Hazera Tohumculuk Tic. ve San. A.Ş. in his/her territory.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, carry out and follow up sales in his / her territory,
  • Working closely with distributor and support the sales by marketing activities,
  • Enter thesale forecast for 3 years with commercial varieties & commercial candidates,
  •  Create good relationships with distributors, nurseries, franchises and relevant public offices and institutions, carry out activities to increase customer satisfaction and company determination,
  •  Responsible for direct sales when needed,
  •  Plan, carry out and finalize product development activities at the areas under his/her duty,
  • Responsible for all the crops and products in his/her territory,
  • Responsible mainly D1 & D2 level trials from beginning to the end (Sowing till end of the cycle),
  •  Observe and report the trials on time within the protocols,
  • Carry out activities at the areas under his/her duty to protect market share of Hazera products.
  • Make a market research (competitors, product prices, trends, risks(etc.),
  • Coordinate product development activities with his/her international colleagues and superiors and provide service,
  •  Solve potential technical product problems,
  •  Carry out other tasks given by his/her superior within his/her talents,
  • Responsible for demo trials, field days, open day’s events. 

  Profile:

  •  Agricultural engineer with at least 5 years’ experience in vegetable seed business.
  • Agronomical background/experience or field vegetable crop research.
  • Proven experience in field trialing, including trial setup and field evaluations.
  • Expertise in MS Office and data analysis.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally time to time
  • Ability and willingness to work under variable environmental conditions associated with field trial work.
  • Flexible working hours during the seasons,
  • English – Min. Intermediate Level (Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
  •  Driver license.
  • Completed military service
