QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  •        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant disciplines,
  •        At least 8 years of work experience demonstrated knowledge in Automation/Smart Manufacturing,
  •       Experience with digital manufacturing tools and techniques,
  •       Experience with IT /OT infrastructure,
  •       Experience with OT( Industrial IT) applications and solutions,
  •       Experience with large organizations and large projects, different production types, preferably in FMCG sector,
  •       Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across theorganization, as well as, internal and external clients,
  •       Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently,
  •       Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others,
  •       Must be result-oriented and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness,
  •       Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities,
  •       Strong team work skills,
  •       Strong communication and reporting skills,
  •       Advanced level in both written and spoken English,
  •       No restrictions to travelNo military obligation for male candidatesLiving in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli.



  •       Facilitate the selection of appropriate application or solution, implementation of solution, setting up support structure after implementation, supporting existing applications and solutions,
  •       Facilitate business and process improvements across multiple manufacturing and transactional processes by designing, improving, and implementing integrated systems of people, materials, and equipment,
  •        Partners with the automation and production teams to facilitate Industry 4.0 solutions
  •       Working in collaboration of Industrial IT team and contractors,
  •       Ability to manage complex application environment and integrations,
  •       Very good knowledge and experience of integration of multiple applications and enterprise architecture,
  •       Follow-up trends and technological improvements in Industrial Systems and solutions,
  •       Proactive, solution oriented and result oriented.
