Budget and Cost Control Senior Specialist

One of the biggest companies in FMCG business in Turkey, Hayat Kimya is looking for a Budget and Cost Control Senior Specialist in Purchasing Department. The position directly reports to the Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Econometrics, Industrial/Management Engineering or similar field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Budgeting-Planning and Cost Controlling preferably in Purchasing department
• Budget consolidation experience is an asset
• Effective user in SAP and preferably experience in BPC
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Especially Excel)
• Fluency in English, strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities with strict deadlines, strong attention to details, well-organized, team-player
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, result-oriented
• No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Being responsible for all budgeting and cost calculation/controlling processes of the Purchasing department
• Analyzing monthly purchasing trends of the department and preparing cost comparisons
• Establishing the annual and revised budgets plans of the department, coordination of the units related to the budget process within these plans
• Tracking of the sub-processes necessary for the budget process to be completed within the specified calender, reporting of budget and realizations, analysis of deviations and variations 
• Preparing executive reports monthly and annually
