Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering and related areas
• Minimum of 8 years of overall experience in IT processes, minimum of 2 years team management experience
• Proven experience in ERP/SAP Systems and processes
• Profound understanding of Procurement, Warehouse and Quality Management Systems and Processes, preferably in FMCG and industrial production processes
• Understanding of how IT improvement can impact business performance
• Experienced in multidisciplinary project management and corresponding change management
• Problem solving and analysis skills to create solutions in a business perspective
• Strong planning skills with the ability to set priorities
• Advanced level in both written and spoken English
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others 
• Must be result-oriented and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness 
• Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• No restrictions to travel

Job Description

• Direct partner to the business on all IT topics and requests in Procurement, Warehouse and Quality Management Systems and Processes 
• Responsible to understand the business strategy and help identify and effectively communicate ways to use technology to help achieve strategic business goals
• Anticipate proactively technology needs of business and manages the delivery of these IT solutions
• Hold regular meetings with stakeholders throughout the company to understand the specific goals of the overall business and individual departments
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT operations and projects and has accountability for the successful delivery of new and existing IT initiatives
• Identify technology solutions to business problems and represent business interests within the IT organization
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate IT systems, policies and procedures
• Deal with various internal/external IT suppliers in the area of responsibility
• Maintain external perspective, measures and articulates IT trends, competitor insights and innovations that drive business value
• Ensure support/change management of end user in applying IT in daily business
• Ensure delivered services are according to agreed service level agreements (SLA); identify SLA breaches and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Serve as escalation point in case of major issues
• After a new technology is successfully delivered, responsible for ensuring that end users understand how to use these new tools and resolve any issues they may encounter
• Relay any business feedback to technology teams
